Paper, phones and follow-up
are where the money leaks

Field and trade businesses do not usually have a software problem. They have a handoff problem: a ticket written on paper, a call that went to voicemail, an invoice that went out wrong. I build the systems that close those handoffs, and I document them so your team runs them without me.

Two things, mostly

The trade matters less than the workflow. These two cover most of what field businesses actually need.

Voice AI call handling
Inbound calls answered around the clock, urgent work separated from routine, caller details captured into your CRM or field service software, and appointments booked. Every call opens with a disclosure that it is an automated call, and reaching a person is always available.
Operations automation
Digital ticketing to replace paper, dispatch and scheduling workflows, invoice and billing generation, accounting sync, and the recurring reports nobody has time to assemble. Built on Make.com and n8n so you can see and change what it does.
Trades covered
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping, tree services, pool services, construction, propane, and materials or logistics operations.
Systems it plugs into
ServiceTitan, Jobber, HubSpot, Airtable, QuickBooks and most things with an API. If it does not have one, that is worth knowing before you buy rather than after.

Paper tickets to digital, in under three weeks

One engagement, described accurately, rather than a wall of numbers.

Beaver Pumice, a materials and quarry operation
Truck tickets were written on paper. Some got lost, some could not be read, and the office was re-keying the rest. Roughly $500 a week was disappearing into tickets that never made it onto an invoice.
What was built
A tablet-based digital ticketing system with automatic weight calculation, PDF generation and QuickBooks integration. Deployed in under three weeks, now on an ongoing maintenance retainer.

Fixed fee, fixed scope, documented handover

Scoping
One call. What breaks, who it lands on, and what you already run. If it is not worth building I will say so.
Build
Two to four weeks for most engagements. Voice AI and operations automation both start at $5,000.
Handover
Documented so your team can run it. You own the build outright.
Optional retainer
Monthly maintenance and changes if you want it. Not required, and several clients do not take it.
